  1. No, they are two different games by the same company. 2003 is the newer of the two by Papyrus. It was the last game they made and many people still play it. After it was taken off the shelf, it was common to see bids for it on ebay for over 100 dollars. It is still a very popular game. But the two are different.


  2. NASCAR Racing 1-4 are older than NR2003. 2003 is still played because people are constantly making new cars and new add-ons to the newest patch (1.0.2.1 I believe)
