  1. No because of new safety standers they have in the new cars and also how much they put into the new cars already. But it be sweet if they did.

  2. No..the COT is here to stay whether anyone likes it or not.

  3. i hope so

  4. It would be a hassle for the teams to build those old cars again alongside all the new cars.  That's why they sped up the transition to the COT in the first place.  So I don't think you heard this from a credible source.

  5. yes

  6. With all the time and money they have in it? I doubt it.

  7. It would be neat to watch the old Daytonas/ Superbirds run around the track. Don't you wish you had a time machine?

  8. I haven't heard anything to that effect. I believe that after all the research/testing/and investing on both NASCAR's and the owners part that it will never happen. Cot is here to stay until they come up with something else. Just an opinion as always.

  9. Nope the COT 's are here for good!

  10. The old cars are all in the arca series now so no

  11. Unfortunately no

  12. Talladega and Daytona is the last place that NASCAR would consider not using the COT. The COT was designed especially with those 2 tracks in mind for safety. I really do like the new cars. I think it's taking some time for some of the drivers to adjust. I think some drivers want it to handle like the older cars. The reason they don't is because NASCAR designed them where the would not. I love the way the cars straighten out going high speeds.

I haven't heard of them bringing the old car back at particular tracks but the Brickyard would be a good track to do that at because of their recent tire woes at that track.
