Is Nathan Buckley officially retired?

Because he is seriously badass and I can't seem to find anything on whether or not he did. I live in America so info is kind of hard to come by...

  1. Yes he has, He was a great player for Collingwood and a great inspiration for kids who want to be future AFL stars as well


  2. Yes he officially retired after the '07 season finished.  He announced it at the Copeland Medal night.

    t3nnisHed:  not so much a traitor.  At the time, the Lions were wooden spooners and he did what was best for his career.  If only he had known that the Lions would win 3 premierships!!!

  3. Yes Nathan has reluctantly retired due to a hamstring injury that continued to trouble him.

    Only problem is that his wife doesn't want him dagging around at home all day.
