No. It's Bauan Batangas. Try to go there and you will love it. The water is awesome and you can do scuba diving and a lot of things.

Cebu, of course.  good weather, a little typhoon when in season maybe, but we're always somehow protected from major calamities.  we generally took it on the account of our patrons Sto. Nino.  and our Lady of Guadalupe.  cebu is deeply religious and rich in culture and history.  we have the best food and delicacies, has the best beaches in the country, and mountains and countrysides that are visually stimulating as they are accessible from the major cities. our seas are clean and rich in corals and marine life.  were very close to nature, less smog as compared to bigger cities.  yet, cebu's cities are metropolises - highly urbanized so that you can find anything and everything you can ever need and want in cebu - tourism, business, culture, heritage, people - you'll never get enough of cebu - my lovely home, THE only place.

we have a mountain laid out with stairs, leading to you the closest place u'll ever get to the clouds

we have floating restaurants

we have clean surroundings (certified to by tourists)

and this month to June are the best months of Dipolog 'cause we're celebrating two fiestas, for our city and province

Negros Occidental can hold its own...  Every place in the Phil has a special spot you would like though...
