Is Neighbours going to have a break for the summer now it's on 5?

When it was on 1, it used to stop for Wimbledon. I heard it was because Australia have a break too, so there aren't enough episodes to show it all year round.

Does anyone know if it's going to happen now it's on 5?

The only channel on Five that will be on a break is Home & Away.

Home & Away will be on a break from 1st August - 26th August.

Neighbours is not planning on going on a break this summer.
