Is Neonatology a good health field to work in?

I always wanted to be a doctor & i love children especially babies. I researched what kind of doctor that takes care of young babies and the that is when i found out the field of Neonatal Care.

Is it a good field to work in?

Does it have a good salary?

Will the work hours be reasonable?

How much money will it be for college?

I am in 10th grade and i am trying to find out which career in the medical field would be best for me...

helping tiny newborns would be great.  it's a good field, with good pay, but the hours of any doctor can be long and crazy.  if that baby needs you, you can't wait til morning.  being a doctor takes several years and several thousand dollars, no matter what area you specialize in.
