It makes the lil' psst noise when I unscrew the cover so I was wondering that might mean it's carbonated. carbonation usually has a negative association.

  1. Read the label .... there are so many chemicals and artificial flavorings/coloring in there that it's scary!   Why not stick some Lipton's Cold Brew bags into a pitcher (or glass) of cold water ("brews" in 5 min on the counter) and add a lemon wedge to it? ......  I think that flavored stuff also has sugar in it too (or artificial sweetener)

  2. Most iced teas that you buy like nestea, aren't good for you.  There's alot of sugar, and if I remember correctly its about the same as drinking a soda.  Stick with water or brew your own iced tea at home (even if you add sugar to your homemade iced tea, that's still better for you than anything you buy off the shelf).

Nestea isn't carbonated... it just makes that noise because you are releasing the pressure from when it was bottled.  It should always make that noise... if it doesn't it's because it's been opened.
