Is NewYork city running out of land and water?

Oh and what was Newyork city's process of Urbanization??

land yes

water, no surrounded by the stuff, a salination plant would help.

As far as the Urbanisation process check out "Gangs of New York" (film) that gives a good idea of where NY grew from (in a fictional way)
