That's not an answer...  I'm just gonna take Greytmom's word on the matter.  The only reason I answered was because I was just delighted to see that you've come back to YAs.

Yes Nicanor will eventually be trained by Matz.  According to this article from Sept. 12th he was 'about a month' away from being sent to Ocala for breaking by John Stevens.  When he is ready to go to the track he will head to Matz's barn.
