They are rumored to be, but the deny that they actually are.

Ive actually talked to 2 different people that are friends with both of them.  They have both said that Selena and Nick wont say that they are actually dating.  They have gone out on some dates, but just as friends.  So I think that they dont want to actually be a "couple" right now.
