Is Nicola Tesla responsible for Algore "inventing" the internet? Is Algore and Co. up to their old antics?

Did Algore also invent wireless radio transmissions too? Or, is it just another modern day liberal democrat patting (plagierizing) himself on the back again for somebody elses life work.
