Is Nikon FE a manual camera??

i need a 35mm manual camera. I found the is Nikon FE but im not sure if its manual.

Absolutely it is!

Nikon FE is a film camera.  It uses lenses that you need to manually focus before taking the photo.  Hence, it is a "manual focus" camera.

It does have an auto mode whereby the shutter speed is automatically set as determined by the exposure setting selected by you and the amount of light entering the camera as measured by the in-camera light meter.

They don't get much more manual than the FE. :)
