Is North A Better Place Than South?

Most peoplee tell me north england is much much better than south, ive lived in southeast england all my life, and would one day like to live up north to be honest, however i just wonder if its realy better than down here? or is north rougher?

it's a bit different ... whether it's better or not depends on how you feel ... and just as the whole of the south isn't the same, the whole of the north isn't the same either ... only way you can find out if it suits you is to try it

If all people say the death is better than the life,do you kill your self? follow your heart,if you see the south is better stay in it, overlooking  people opinions.

I live in northern England ( Cumbria) and yes its great up here.We have cleaner air and some beautiful scenery and just about everything is cheaper than down South.You can buy a good 3 bedroom  semi detached house for £100k , down south you would be lucky to get a bedsit and no its not rough up here as we are quite civilised and we no longer travel by horse and cart.
