This is to answer MeMe. I love Miami...it is great here but the only problem is that it is pretty expensive. I want more house for my money...I don't want to pay $1400 a month for a nice apartment that in any other place it would cost $800. In Miami a nice big house (2,500 sq ft. 3/2) costs about $450,000... i know i can find a bigger one in NC or TX for half the price. That is why Miami sucks. Also, there are a lot of jobs in TX. Here in Miami, or Fort Lauderdale there is only Citrix, Burger King, and Nortel Networks, as the companies I would work for... and they are not even that big. In TX i know that they have over 50 Fortune 500 companies, in NC I know that IBM...Cisco.... and many big companies have offices. That is why i want to leave Miami...for a better future and more for my money.

  1. Texas is much better. North Carolina is mostly the migrant workers. They come they go. Texas has permanent people and is great for hispanics.
