Is North Mountain, San Bernandino, CA a good place to live?

I am considering moving to Ontario or San Bernandino, CA. Are there any areas that I should stay away from?

san bernardino is where that cop/sheriff shot that US soldier last year--there was even a video of it--and got away with it. I was so upset i wrote the mayor and said i'd never set foot in san bernardino again. Disgusting! That said, i've also been to ontario and if you like smog....

try looking a little south in the lake elsinore area--less smog and nicer homes. That is, unless it is too far south for you. Good luck.
