Is Northwest Airlines a good airline?

Never been on it before, going on it next week.

Use them all the time and never had a problem.  I find there is more room with the seats and rows than in some other carriers.

yes, very good last my hubby and I went to Holland nonstop. they take good care of their passengers.In November for thanksgiving we are going to Colorado from New York with NWA. No problems at all. good luck.

It depends on what you are looking for.  I wouldn't include them on my list of favorite US airlines, but they aren't the worst on my list either.

If I had the option to fly Delta, Continental, United, or American at the same price, I would probably choose one of those other carriers.  I'd fly Northwest before US Air or any of the low-cost carriers.

Yes they are a good airline. I go on it whenever I travel international.

I don't like it.  I live in the Detroit area, which is a major Northwest hub, so I have had numerous flights with them.  Their employees just seem to be slow and uncaring compared to the other airlines I have flown on.
