Is Nvidia Gefoce 7150 Go better than GMA X3100 for games? ?

Just saw that F.E.A.R. was working on GMA X3100....So I was thinking that probaly it would work better on Nvidia GeForce 7150 Go...cause its Nvidia...anyway just let me know...and will FIFA 08 work too?

The best Nividia mobile integrated graphics is the new 8200M G and could be quite comparable to the new Intel GMA 4500 MHD.

They are both integrated video cards with the same amount of shared memory, which means that they both equally suck.
