  1. You might be duplicating some ingredients (antihistamines). I wouldn't take it myself but it wont kill you.  Here are a couple links;

  2. Taking NyQuil is like taking a 500mg dose of ibuprofen and downing three shots of whiskey.

    I would never recommend taking it. Ever.
