Question:

Is OBAMA Ready To Lead????

This country? He has made not one but two statements to his supporters asking them not to bash Sarah Palins 17 year old daughter. They continue to do so both here and in the media. If his own supporters won't listen to him how can he possibly run this country!!?? Doesn't this show that his supporters don't respect his wishes?

  1. he couldnt lead, he never has and the presidency doesnt lend itself to on the job training

  2. If he can't even influence his liberal supporters, what chance does he have at diplomacy with enemy countries?

    The guy's a total lightweight

  3. Your question is incomplete.  It should read "Is Obama as ready to lead as McCain?"

Frankly, neither man is fit for the job he aspires to.  Obama is not experienced enough, although his selection of Joe Biden indicates he is smart enough to look for good advice.  Is McCain any readier?

Frankly, he seems unable to either admit mistakes or to learn from them.  His shameless support of the Bush League shows that without question.  Further, given the very valid concerns about his age he has failed to find a running mate capable of stepping up to the plate.

Is he any readier to lead than Obama?  No!  Both parties have let the country down this time.

  4. With Joe Bidden as VP and a good Senate record, yes.

  5. The actions of supporters don't reflect the official position of the party on either side. McCain lets his folks do the dirty work just as much. And no matter how much Obama and Biden don't want to go after families, Palin's situation brings a lot of valid issues to the forefront. Instead of avoiding these issues, both sides should deal with them at face value and separate them from these circumstances. Abortion rights, s*x education, and family values are valid issues.

  6. It has nothing to do with his ability to lead. Wow, you people will twist anything around. He is an intelligent man who is going to make a great President. He is not a cult leader that will tell us what to do & we listen. We think with our own minds. He sets the bar high. This shows his level of integrity & has nothing to do with anyone else. If this were so then we should really hold Palin responsibility for her pregnant daughter & we aren't doing that. Most democrats are not saying a word about Palin have you calculated that percentage into your theory. I guess a man who talks about his 50 year old war story will led us into prosperity, healthy, new jobs McCain's health care alone will have you bankrupt.

  7. Is McCain ready to lead with his choice of Palin?

Doesn't that reflect poorly on his judgment?

  8. Yes. It's not about controlling people. Obviously people in this country think it is important to discuss it. We need some resolution or some understanding of what is going on. It is what it is. I am looking forward to hearing Sarah Palin speak tonight and I hope that she will be able to close the matter but my expectations may be out of alignment with what is real. It's not just Palin's daughter. It can happen to anyone. It is more likely to happen under abstinence-only policy and with religious right wingers though because they are so at odds with our culture and our anatomy. You can see this by looking at the statics. The statistics show that comprehensive s*x education is effective at lowering STDs and teenage pregnancy. With abstinence only, STDs are up and so is teenage pregnancy. When will the right admit that abstinence only isn't really producing the results we want? How many teenagers will have to pay the price? I'm talking above and beyond what would be expected under comprehensive s*x education.

  9. Just like some hillary voters will not vote for Obama even though she wants them too... Did you think Hillary could lead?

Just like McCain has asked his supporters to stay away from racist remarks about Obama.. yet we see and hear them everyday.. and you thought he was ready to lead..?

  10. He is definately not ready to lead. He was only in the senate for a short period of time, and most of that time he was working on becoming the Democratic nominee.

He will not know what to do if he gets in to office, and if we think this country is bad now, just wait until his 4 years are up.

  11. He's not ready to lead a country. He's says he wants Change, but he hasn't really showed us, what he is going to change. I like the commercial that comes on take away the crowds and stuff, and he's nobody. If he can't get his supporter's to support him, than there is no way he can run the country.

  12. Why didn't Mc Cain fire anyone in his camp who made racist attacks towards Obama?  Mc Cain himself is attacked chelsey clinton when she was 16 years old.  The retiring age in america is 65...Mc Cain should retire and enjoy his wife's billions.  He is out of touch with reality.  You can't stop people on the net from having opinions.  Obama can not stop them either even though he has enough class not to attack anyone's kids.  Too bad Mc Cain doesn't have the same amount of class !

  13. And John McCain has repeatedly told his campaign and supporters not to make comments about rumors such as obama's a muslim, he faked his birth certificate etc. Guess McCain is not ready to lead.

  14. h**l no... He doesn't even want to lead.  Just really wants the title to satisfy his already over-inflated ego even more... IMO, contradictory to his speech, it's not about the american people or this country at all for him.  It's only  about elevating himself to an even  higher pedestal than he's already been put on.  Hope the fall doesn't hurt too much.

  15. Wow..that's one of the stupidest things i've seen to challenge Obama's ability to lead - What is Obama  evil dictator now - he says stop talking America or I'll get you" and then they stop?? The world doesn't work like that sorry. He has told anyone in his campaign who gets caught will be fired immediately

  16. He can't even shut his minions up, how is he going to negotiate with terrorist, as he say's he can do!!!!!LOL star for you

  17. No, he should go back to selling used cars.

  18. wow. i really try not to insult people or their questions, but that was just stupid.

i wish i had time to explain to you how government leadership works, but i'll just trust you to research it yourself. or better yet, just don't vote in nov.

    wow.

  19. No, I do not think that he is ready at all. I really hope that he does not become president. He is inexperienced and is way to young. That is how I feel. McCain all the way!!

  20. In my opinion - no.

  21. h**l Yes!!! GO OBAMA!

  22. No he is not ready to lead and yes it shows his supporters don't respect his wishes.

  23. OBAMA Ready To Lead h**l No.

  24. NO.

He couldn't even lead a low-income community as a "community organizer." The housing there has deteriorated to the point that it is uninhabitable and will be demolished.

  25. He isn't qualified to lead the Macy's parade

    McCain for President

  26. This shows that his supporters are playing hardball like the neo-cons and respect our candidate's stance to not do this dirty stuff himself. He has better things to do like "run the country". He's not like the Pubs shooting one another in the face every chance they get. He's also not going to be a grandfather any time soon. He also didn't cheat on and beat his wife like the other candidate. I think he... in fact I know he is ready to lead. Ask that of the other candidate who has a bad temper, poor discipline and a VP who is half his age but a granny.

  27. Those people are mad and lashing out. You can't look at that when making a selection. Do your research and make up your mind based on the issues. If you are up to it you should really read his book. It tells you a lot about what he believes and his past etc. That along with where he wants to see this country go makes me believe in him 100%. I just find it appalling when people attack based on race and other ignorant things and can't tell you one intellectual thing about the election and issues, and when they do it comes from commercial slur. Palin asked what a does a VP does. Do you really think she can lead if it comes to that? Ask yourself that.
