As long as it is placed in individual containers of not more than 3.4 fluid ounces and then placed inside a sealable 1 quart ziploc-style baggie, I think it would be ok.

If it's not on the list, yes. (Quantity of liquids rules would apply.)

If it's a prescription, almost certainly yes.
