Is Obama a US born Citizen?

Birth Certificate Found in Kenya. Citizen of Kenya and Indonesia. Hawaiian Certificate Forged.

On Aug. 21st attorney Philip J. Berg requested an injunction in Federal Court against the nomination of Barack Obama, citing evidence that candidate Barack Obama is not a US citizen, and "the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated."

Berg argues that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in 1961 to an American woman, Stanley Ann Dunham, and a Kenyan man, Barack Hussein Obama Senior, as reportedly shown by a birth certificate from Mombasa Maternity Hospital. According to the law at that time, a parent could pass US citizenship on to a child born abroad if the parent was at least 19 years old. Obama's mother was only 18.

No hospital birth certificate has been produced to show Obama was born in Hawaii, only a certificate of birth registry after the fact, which forensics experts have denounced as a forgery.

Moreover, when Obama was six years old his mother remarried and moved with her husband to his country, Indonesia. Records indicate Obama was naturalized as an Indonesian citizen. Indonesia does not allow dual nationality, so even had he been born in Hawaii, he would have lost his citizenship then.

So Anyone know for sure if he CAN be president??

FactCheck.org has already analyzed Obama's Hawaii birth certificate, a paper birth certificate complete with raised seal and signature stamp, whose information was taken from the long form certificate produced in the hospital in Hawaii and found it to be genuine.  The link is provided below.

Berg's lawsuit is a sham and I expect it to be dismissed summarily. He references internet rumors and blogs as his supposed proof that Obama was born in Kenya lol.  There is no attachment of a copy of the alleged records to his filings.  He is apparently full of c**p.

What 'records' indicate that Obama was naturalized in Indonesia?  Hopefully you are not referring to the school record, because that is explanable as an error and is in no way a record of him being naturalized.  A real record of naturalization would need to be produced.  Apparently, there isn't any.  

The suit is not going to make it past a motion to dismiss.  It is a joke and a pathetic one at that.

That is one d**n silly law you have ... as the BEST man/woman who might lead your nation BETTER than anybody else .. BECAUSE they weren't born in the USA ... despite living and working there for most of their life...  CAN'T ever  lead your nation .. because they weren't BORN THERE>...

It is possible you know for the not native born citizens to care about a nation JUST as much if not more than many Born and bred citizens....... Think about it .. .Timmothy McVeigh was such a wonderful citizen (NOT!! )

Berg, the person that filed the suit also believes the U.S. was responsible for 911.  He is being proclaimed as a nut.  But there may be some truth in his Obama suit.  McCain was born in Panama.  The only one running that we really know was born in the U.S.A. is also the best person on the ballot.
