An attorney went to court and the judge issued a subpoena for him to appear in court which will reach him next week sometime.

So does this mean the end of Obama and maybe some jail time, or will he appeal it. and won't appealing it though won't keep it out of the news, and so the DNC could drop his candidacy?.

The Hawaii Dept. of Health, which maintains the records, gives the final word:

'It’s a valid Hawaii state birth certificate'

It's all moot, since Barack's mother was a U.S. citizen, thus making him a U.S. citizen.  My brothers were born in Germany, and they are U.S. citizens by birth b/c our parents are.

I can understand your continued confusion on this issue though, since when one searches Yahoo Answers, the Best Answers never include links to help resolve the matter.  They tend to be selected based on voicing opinion consistent with the Asker's position.

Please. You have absolutely NO understanding of Kenyan birth traditions. Further, this site is hokey, with zero soruce documentation. Finally, his actual BC is from Hawaii, where he was born, which has been proven by the Dept of Vital Statistics, factcheck.org, and numerous other sources.
