Question:

Is Obama disrespecting his own party?

The Democratic party and all of its supporters are now in Denver, but BHO will be on the campaign trail until Thursday night. He will only spend a few hours in Denver, and no time at all in the Pepsi Center with all of the party faithful.

Is he disrespecting the Party?

Or, does it show that he really has no personal influence?

  1. YES! He is disrespecting whites by downing his mother and grandmother for being white. He is disrespecting blacks by making them look like bigots. And, he leaves out Orientals, latinos and American Natives. That, too is disrespectful.

Of course, you must realize he is a puppet.

The reason Howard Dean dropped Hillary, is he found out he can't control her. She thinks for herself. IOW, she effectively told Dean to buzz off.

  2. It may not be disrespectful, but if true it is foolish.

One of the reasons to even have a convention is to give your candidate as big of a boost as possible heading into November.  Obama should be there so he can be THE story...not Hillary, not Bill, not anyone else.  Therefore, you want to get as big of a boost as possible, especially since that boost will be offset by the Republican Convention next week.

Obama has lost a lot of momentum.  He needs to recapture it, and the convention is the best way to do it.  He needs to reschedule his other commitments and get his hindquarters to Denver ASAP.

  3. Obama hijacked his party.  He is not a traditional Democrat.  The traditional Democrat Party may be forever gone, radical, and off the deep end.

He also shows a cold, militant ego character and I'm sure he thinks those people are beneath him and he'd rather make a grand appearance and leave them wanting more.  Remember how he acted at President Bush's last state of the union address, like an immature, overconfident celebrity.

  4. If he was there, he would probably have to answer questions and we all know how miserably he does that without his teleprompter.  He will avoid any place where he may just be caught off guard.
