He is going to try and look as patriotic as he can he will stand in front of the American flag with a little white girl next to him with a flag pin holding a sparkler eating a cheeseburger and honoring the troops that he usually bashes daily.

"Watching the fireworks" is no sure sign of patriotism. I'd much rather he attended an Independence Day parade honoring our fallen veterans or recognizing this great nation's 232nd birthday. By the way, what will YOU be doing to show your patriotic pride? Having a cook-out? "Watching the fireworks"?  Sleeping off a good buzz??

I'd be willing to bet that not ONE of those who answered your question with smarta*s remarks about Obama will be doing anything to honor the heritage and greatness of our country. Most will just make it a 'party' day, completely forgetting about its significance. Am I right? -RKO-  07/03/08

Part of the Black Liberation Theology that breeds in his Church teaches them to say this is not Independence Day.  Were slaves and not free.  I guess they should have the day the Civil War was over.
