Is Office Accounting a good tool to manage my small business?

Does anyone have experience using this software? Is it good or should I try another software? Which one?

  1. I agree with TJ,   Office Accounting,  QuickBooks and Peachtree are all very similar.

    Personally I prefer QuickBooks, and I believe it is the standard in the industry.  It is simple enough to use, and can grow with you as your business becomes more complicated.

    However, I would suggest you contact your accountant  (if you don't have one you should)  and ask them if they have a preference.   Ultimately, they should be guiding you on financial procedures & decisions and using a software they are comfortable with will help the process.


  2. Office Accounting is a great tool for handling small business finance.  Some others are Quickbooks and Peachtree.  All of these are legitamate, popular accounting software.  Visit each of there sites for tours and free downloads and see which one fits you and your business best.
