Is Oliver! a good musical?

I am 12 and love musicals. Oliver is showing nearbye in november.

Would i understand it? I understood Mamma Mia be4 the movie came out. I also understood Hairspray! be4 the new movie came out.

I loved those.....so should i beg my mom to take me to oliver or not?

I love just about any type of song (except maybe rock)

should i see it?

Yes!! However--it's a bit long. I don't know. I really liked it. And of course, the songs are not rock. So I think it would be fitting to go and see it.

Yes.  The songs are wonderful.  The story is very dark (involving thieves, abusers and murder).
