Is Organic Chem easy?

Easy, no, interesting, why I did find it fascinating.  Organic is the second step to understanding biochemistry, the chemistry of life.  If you have a logical mind and a strong work ethic organic chemistry can be quite understandable.  It's just a subject that frightens a lot of people, mostly because they are afraid of the effort required to succeed.

NO.  ChemE major and all friends say its soooo hard.  You will get through it with a lot of studying...if you're taking it as elective, get out now!  Take Chem 1 or something if you really like chem and want to take it as elective.

LOL- NO.  That is the undergraduate class that weeds out the people that shouldnt go to Medical School.  It will take you a whole lot of work and studying to get through it with a good enough grade.  If you are intent on going to med school, I'd suggest you take an otherwise light load the semester you take Organic Chem.
