Is Oroweat 100% whole grain bread healthy?

I thought 100% whole grain bread was healthy. So I bought it, and ate it everyday, two slices per day. Then I ran out and bought it again. Until I found in the ingredients, High Fructose Corn Syrup... I was like WTF, I don't taste anything sweet, and then thought of this question. Is it really healthy to eat 2 slices of that 100% whole grain bread every day?

  1. No, bread it not really healthy.

    It is a complex carb and your body cant burn it as fast as a simple carb.

    You should also limit your carbphydrates, if you really want the bread stick to a natural and organic brand with no harsh additives and try only 1 slice


  2. Whole grains are extremely healthy, and it's fine to eat 2 slices each day. I would try to find a whole grain bread without any added sugar, but it's not that big of a deal.
