I thought 100% whole grain bread was healthy. So I bought it, and ate it everyday, two slices per day. Then I ran out and bought it again. Until I found in the ingredients, High Fructose Corn Syrup... I was like WTF, I don't taste anything sweet, and then thought of this question. Is it really healthy to eat 2 slices of that 100% whole grain bread every day?
