Is Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI responsible for all the terrorism in Afghanistan and India?

This could be an argument worth following, but most of the Muscle powered nations like US, UK too did similar actions to hold their powers and economical benefits.  But such actions are always live for short period.  At the same time  All military ruled Governments in the World having the same fate?, as such the citizens pay the bills for their actions, and due to the lack of Courage and funds to defend such Military rulers (TYRANY)  On the other hand the World Organisations too earn from such situations? for e.g. the Weapon Lobby of UN members make profit by making good business with illegal supplies of warfare equipments?. like an Old Saying " GLASS PRODUCERS", to increase their Glass sales", send young hooligens to break the glass", thus making a good business?.  It is also important to note that, Pakistans present situation being "MUSLIM"  religion ruled country, do not have any other sources of Production to support the day to days living requirements, thus the,  problem of Economical defizit in the Ex-chequers treasury, to  keep the view inside,  the country needs a show that, the danger is from out side,  coming towards their religions thinking ( A wrong mentality) could too be the reason for external violence producing?.

Even Richard Boucher said that India not provided evidence against Pakistan s involvement in the Mumbai train attacks.

This blaming does no help in resolving the situation.

Indian intelligence did fail to intercept those bombers.

NATO is fighting in afghan. If Pakistan wanted to play, they will suffered on their retribution.

It is a very bad idea to blame on Pakistan. If the conflict between Pakistan and India is getting worse, al Qaeda would take the chance to regroup and Laden can also move to Iran. Then, the war on terror will definitely be raised to WWIII

They have experience in working in Afghanistan to be sure, since they helped the CIA train the mujaheddin to fight the Soviets in the 80's. It's logical to assume they kept a number of contacts after the Soviets left and some members of the mujaheddin formed the Taliban (the name Taliban means Student in Afghan. They took the name when they were students of CIA & ISI guerilla warfare techniques), so even with the US military present they could still have a heavy influence especially along the Pakistan/Afghan border

india intel has recently blamed usa intel CIA for bombings in indian cities.one american embassy staff house was searched for eviedence what do u say abt that?india has to learn manners. usa cia has continously repoted that indians with russians are helping and aiding alqaeda to kill american troops.pakistan is american's key ally.i doubt pakistan would do it.and yes possibily that cia must have done it can;t be ruled out as INDIA itseld is training alqeda and taliban... t*t for tat
