Is Paleontology as easy as I imagine it to be? Or is it hard?

It kinda looks like fun to me.... Is it hard?

There are probably some actual paleontologists on here that could give you a much better answer, but it's never been my impression that paleontology was easy.  There is a lot of research you have to do, not to mention working out in the field under who-knows-what kind of weather conditions.  You also have to publish meaningful data in order to make a name for yourself.  No, if you're looking for an easy career, I don't think paleontology is right for you.
