Charismatic where Obama is also charismatic.

Youthful and energetic to match Obama.

Historic VP pick to match the historic nomination.

Potential historic VP election to match the potential historic presidency.

Any attacks on her inexperience highlights Obama's inexperience.

Runs on a platform of reform.

  1. Obama is the media's darling.  You'll see this in October and November when McCain is dying to get air time and Obama is everywhere you turn.

  2. No, she's 100% more qualified. Besides, Obama has already taken McCain's position on drilling, nuclear energy, Iraq...so I'd say that Obama is the Republican Obama.

  3. No.

Because Obama has zero accomplish in public office, she actually has accomplishments.

  4. Yes, because women all across the country are screaming for "we want to be 2nd in line, we want to be 2nd in line, we want to be 2nd in line!!"

Jesus, Hillary and Obama were talked about so much for the historic precedent, they were POPULAR because of their personalities, abilities and potential...

    Some day you'll catch on

  5. She has actually gotten things down not just talk about them.

  6. No. Palin is governor of a state with more reindeer than people, she was formerly mayor of the tiny town of Wasilla. She has only been governor for two years. Her husband works for BP on the north slope and they make it very clear that their votes will always fall on the side of big oil. I'm originally from Alaska, check out the Anchorage Daily News and the latest scuttle involving her and a certain Trooper Wooten. Obama's senatorial experience far,far outweighs Palin's smidgen of experience. I think it's irresponsible for rickety, old McCain (who's had something like four cancer scares??) to put someone as inexperienced as Sarah Palin a heartbeat away from the presidency. I can't wait to see a Biden-Palin debate. That should be entertaining.

  7. nope.

  8. No

Obama = columbia, harvard, law degree

Palin = bachelors degree from state school

Obama = 7 years in large state senate and 4 years in washington senate

Palin = 2 years governor of small state

Obama = community organizer in poor income neighborhood

    palin = tv sports reporter

  9. no way, she has at least more experience than obama, she is a governor so she has made decisions obama has never done

    McCain/Palin 08 let´s continue Hillary´s Dream

  10. oh God no, Palin actually does have experience.

  11. No....way better....more experience....fewer bad associations....a lot more responsibility.....I don't see any comparison.  She's more like the Anti-Obama!

  12. Palin is the daughter of Stalin

  13. Nah, much more executive experience.

  14. Please don't insult Palin like that again!

  15. I'm a Hillary supporter and I think Palin is the perfect choice for McCain. I think she will draw people like me to vote McCain.

  16. no..she is not going for the n.1 spot unlike obama..

  17. No Palin is who McCain thinks should be president. Is the old man crazy or what?

He's a blunder from the start.

  18. Mrs. Sarah Palin may turn into another Dan Quayle. I don't think the Republicans or the Democrats have tickets worth electing. Let's get to the real issues rather than talk about energy and inexperience.

    List provided by http://www.votenader.org/issues/:

    - Adopt single payer national health insurance

    - Cut the huge, bloated, wasteful military budget

    - No to nuclear power, solar energy first

    - Aggressive crackdown on corporate crime and corporate welfare

    - Open up the Presidential debates

    - Adopt a carbon pollution tax

    - Reverse U.S. policy in the Middle East

    - Impeach Bush/Cheney

    - Repeal the Taft-Hartley anti-union law

    - Adopt a Wall Street securities speculation tax

    - Put an end to ballot access obstructionism

    - Work to end corporate personhood

    - Defend, Restore and Strengthen the Civil Justice System

    - Adopt the National Initiative

  19. No she has way different views

  20. No, she is another example of an arrogant Republican who panders to the politicos and has total disregard for the voting public.  She is not qualified for VP.

Mcain wants "eye" candy.  Shows how out of touch he is with reality.

  21. Don't insult Obama like that.  You probably wish she was.  The VP pick isn't that historic (maybe for the Republicans) because the Dems already nominated a female VP.

  22. No. She actually has ideas and substance of her own and does not need speech writers and analysis to govern and calculate her every move.
