Is Pan de Muerto made with All purpose or bread flour?

Is Pan de Muerto made with All purpose or bread flour? I know it is not "Dia de Los Muertos", but I want it.

Good for you! Pan de muertos all year round!

All purpose flour is ok.  You will need 2 cups.

1 1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup  butter

1/3 cup lard (well, we use it)

3 eggs and 7 yolks

1/3 cup water

3 spoonfulls of orange flower tea (or orange peels)  

2 spoonfulls of anis (? i do not know the name, but i never use this)

about a teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt.

don´t forget the bones (X) and the skull (o)

If a recipe simply calls for flour it's almost always all-purpose flour I just saw several recipes for Pan de Muerto and they usually specified all-purpose
