Is Parkour Legal?

I have seen so many people perform parkour and free-running and I understand the difference between the 2 but I wanna know are either of them legal?

is parkour legal on a room without permission?? no

football on a room with permission??? yes

parkour on a room with permission??? yes

it depends were you do it that's all i get kicked out of loads of places but same with football =]
