  1. if you can do standing front or back flips its pretty simple the only things i can do is jump from a roof and roll out run on the wall and do a back flip but i don't do it a lot

  2. Parkour is as hard as you are willing to make it. It depends on how much effort you will put into it. The more you put in, the more you get out of it. There is no universal difficulty. Only those who are unwilling to try will fail.

Flips are actually classified as freerunning, though the control and power required to execute them well can carry over into parkour. There aren't set requirements but it is good to get a few things down first:

Physical fitness: You want to be in good form as parkour can be demanding. Obviously you will shape up a bit through training, but it is essential that you also work on your fitness separate from parkour in order to better progress.

Technical practice: You want to be able to do some simple and mandatory moves (such as the shoulder roll and ground slap landings) before you work to create your own variations which will end up benefiting you in any future real life scenarios.

Mental endurance: You have to be willing to explore your limits both physical and mental, and have the will power to push those limits in a safe manner. It isn't how many times you fall, but how many times you stand back up that counts; and it can take a lot of mental strain in order to stand up and try it again.
