Yes i believe paypal is safe , i use it all the time for paying methods

it is very safe.

I've had people try to hack my account, and they instantly freeze my account and warned me about it. also, if you get ripped off on ebay, paypal will give you refunds and take over the legal c**p with that person so you dont have to deal with it.

its a great company.

i use it to pay for all of my memberships on any site i go on.

pay pal to me does no harm and it wont make you go into a crisis. if you ask me... I'd say you will have no problem with it what so ever.

When you make payments to other people, it doesn't cost anything.

When you receive payments from someone else though, PayPal may charge a % and make money off of that. That's how they make money.
