Is PayPal giving me money?

hi guys, got this email from PayPal, and i realy dont understand it. can you shed some light on this?

The are automatically generated emails which all go along the same lines using a general template for everybody to save time, they just add the relevant details specific to you and then press send. To be sure, just log into your paypal account and check out your disputes. It sounds like they're paying back the £10 relating to the transaction for the tv and not the actual cost of the tv, but if they do pay back the cost of the tv again (unlikely), don't complain...take the money and run!!!
