Is People cell changed from small to big?

if body cell change, why my self is my self, not someone else? if we structured by those immutability why we still be me not world objectively

No.

-The size of a a cell in your body remains the same general size.

- You are not able to change bodies with someone else; that is impossible.

- Nor are you able to change your mass or size to match someone of a different mass and size; a fact often overlooked by comic books.  To do so would required a lot of energy (to increase your mass) or a large release of energy (to lose mass).

immutable = unchangeable without exception.  Staying in your body is an immutable fact, as well as an objective fact.  Astral travel and other forms of body exchange are mystical clap-trap.

IF YOU could change your body by changing your size, except though normal growth and aging methods, then you would require a big reserve of energy; a place to put it and to absorb it from.  So super hero characters who are able to mimic and change into someone else are impossible.
