Is Pepperdine University anything like PCA?

I just wanted to know if Pepperdine University (the school they shot Zoey 101 at) is anything like PCA. Like are the dorm rooms the same, and like the lounge and stuff. And do you get to walk around campus when you don't have classes. Is it ANYTHING like what they get to do in "PCA"?

obviously its not exacly the same, the campus is but alot of aspects are different zoey 101 was shot at different make believe sets that are supposed to look like pepperdine
