Is Phimex Travel a legitimate travel agent in Cotonou Benin?

I don't recall seeing a travel agency called Phimex Travel when I was in Cotonou, but Air France has travel agents in their Cotonou Office.  If you're looking for a place to stay, Novotel and Hotel Marina are both very nice.  Hotel du Lac is also okay, (not as nice as the other two) but it's farther away from most of the restaurants & places you'll likely go there.
