Is Poland next on Russia's "hit list" of things to do?

I read this article and it had me wondering. What are our options if Russia makes good on their threat against Poland, and what "actual" reassurance can we give to Poland?

If the united states keep insisting on installing air to ground missiles in poland, I believe the russians will keep pushing.It's like I said before,how would we like it if russia's  talked mexico into install missiles on the border pointing at us.Think about it.Crazy man Bush is on TV right now telling the russians to withdraw their tanks.They should tell him to s***w-off and forget about putting weapons in poland,and let the polish govern their country. Then they might remove their tanks.

Frankly, I think the Ukraine is next on Russia's "hit list." I hope I'm wrong and we can box them in diplomatically, but Putin is a real throwback to the USSR.......I fear that a "real" war may ensue with the U.S. involved! I hope and pray that I'm wrong!

It is my belief that Russia is taking this action now because it's the perfect time!  

Georgia made a huge mistake starting the attack, and then actually thinking the US (or Europe) would come running to their aid.  The US can't because we are already tied to two wars, and Europe....well.........

But why is Russia continuing the aggression?

Because we have a lame duck president who won't do anything for the next few months....and the prospects of another do-nothing president who doesn't have the go-nads to take military action.  

If things start to look like McCain will get elected, you can bet Russia will be backing down real quick.
