Yes very.  But you have to be very careful in cooking it, it has to be boiled for HOURS and hours and hours maybe even a whole day.

I've never eaten polar bear, but I bet it would be really gamy from the fish they eat. Kinda like bluefish, which I marinate in milk for hours to kill the fish-oil taste.
