Is Polaris just as good/the same as Yamaha??

I'm looking at a 2002 Polaris Magnum 325 2x4 and my brother has a 2001 Yamaha grizzly 2x4 but mine is $1800 and his was $2700.

The reason his was probably more expensive is the Grizzly is a 600cc instead of a 325cc, the engine is almost twice as huge. The magnum is still good, but the grizzly is by far a better atv.
