Is Pornography a legal form of prostitution?

It is illegal in the U.S for women to offer themselves sexually for money.

In the p**n Industry, women do the same. They sell themselves sexually for money, weather it's p**n video's, pictures or just pin-ups.

What's makes it any different than prostitution?

Ethically is isn't any different.  But the government can tax the p**n industry so they allow it.  They can't tax a hooker on a street corner.

Prostitution is involved in actual s*x acts with the payer.  Pornography is auto erotic, or stimulation from afar.

They are paid to make a movie, what they do in the movie is up to the script writer and whatever they want to do.

Besides, prostitution should be legalized anyways.
