Is Prince Harry really James Hewitt's son?

I've always wondered about this, he certainly looks nothing like Prince Charles, I saw a picture of Hewitt when he was a young man and WOW!, it's uncanny, what with the ginger red hair as well, Harry does look the odd one out in the family, then again maybe William isn't Charlies either, is Diana up there having the last laugh on him?

If something happens to William and Harry became king, what would they do? Perhaps they already know and that's why they keep sending him off to all these wars while William is wrapped up in cotton wool!

  1. As B. E. C. and others have so thoroughly illustrated, Diana's three siblings have or had red hair as did her father, the 8th Earl Spencer.  Although the following link posts black and white photographs of the Spencer family, it clearly shows that all but Diana shared the same red hair and ruddy complexion:

Red hair comes from a recessive gene on chromosome 16, which causes a change in the MC1R protein, which means that it doesn't take either parents having red hair to pass the gene on to their children.  If both parents have the recessive gene in their genetic makeup, they can pass on red hair even if it skips a generation.

Indeed, while only 13 percent of all Scots are redheaded, 40 percent of the population carries this recessive gene; in Ireland, although only 10 percent of the population has red hair, 46 percent carry this recessive gene.

To cite a personal example of how this recessive gene works, my youngest nephew is a red head while his brother and two sisters have either blonde or light brown hair.  Neither of his parents have red hair--it is blonde or light brown, but his maternal grandfather had reddish blonde hair while one of his paternal great grandmothers had red hair as did two out of her five children and three out of her nine grandchildren.

If something happened to William and Harry became king, as was the case of Henry VIII when his older brother Arthur died before he could assume the throne, Harry would be Henry IX.

  2. You can't be serious.

  3. I suggest you study genetics--of course any child of Diana's could possibly look like her side of the family.  There's nothing incestuous about it--that's just ignorant.

  4. Red hair comes from the Spencer side of the family. Harry looks far too much like Prince Philip for him to be anybody but Philip's grandson. He also resembles Charles more and more as he grows up.

BTW Hewitt has stated a number of times that his affair with Diana didn't start until way after Harry had been born.

  5. What could be worse than looking like Charles. No amount of cosmetic surgery would help. I think William and Harry should have breast implants and earlobe extensions and possibly a few more noses??... xx

  6. The ginger gene comes from the Spencers. Diana's brother and sisters are all ginger!!

Harry has a Spencer cousin who is the image of him!

The silly James Hewitt story is getting old now. sorry.

Diana didn't meet him until 1986 anyway. Harry was born in 84

  7. NO! Harry was two years old when Diana and Hewitt,"The Love Cad," or "The Rat," started their affair.Hewitt happens to resemble quite strongly,Diana's father,Earl Johnnie Spencer.

That doesn't mean that Hewitt is related to the Spencers, though!

Harry favors the Spencer side of the family;so does William. But both young men do show some Windsor traits;they have deepset eyes. If you really look at Hewitt and Henry, you can see that they really don't look much alike at all! They have red hair. That is it.

Harry has offered to take a DNA test because he is sick of the stories.Buckingham Palace thinks the chance of his being Hewitt's son so unlikely, that they have REFUSED his offer. The Queen has had to put up with stories that Andrew isn't Philip's son,as well,so the family has had experience dealing with unfounded tales of paternity;the stories are ludicrous and are treated as such. There would be NO PROBLEMS with Harry assuming the throne;he is a WINDSOR.

Hewitt is known to be hard up for money;he will say anything to make more.He even stupidly appeared on a talk show where he was hypnotised-that's where the story comes from,by the way. Anyone with some experience in psychology can tell you that the subconscious is not a memory-storage,so Hewitt's story is not trustworthy.

At the time of Hary's birth,Diana was trying very hard to make her marriage work;she knew how very important it was to provide Charles with an heir and a spare. She had no affairs until after the birth of her two boys;after Harry's birth it became quite clear that Charles had given up and Camilla was there to stay.

  8. Let's see ... red hair.  You mean like his grandfather, Earl Spencer, his uncle, Earl Spencer, and half the other Spencers. And King George VI (Charles' grandfather) and many of the other Windsors.

He most strongly resembles his uncle (Diana's brother).

Prince Andrew also was in the military. Tradition, you see, not an evil plot for killing him off.

If William dies with no sons, Harry is Prince of Wales or King. It's that simple.

  9. I know that Charles is Harrie"s Dad

    but who is yours

why are people so ignorant and rude
