I recently bought it, and am wondering if any other books would be better. I like it though, but wonder if it actually works.

  1. princeton review is always a good source for any tests.

    SAT, ACT, AP, etc.

they are a renouned university and very reliable.

  2. the book don't really matter. PRACTICE< PRACTICE< PRACTICE. when you are practicing, time yourself too, because  when you are taking the test, it;s like they don't want you to pass. before you know it, times up.

  3. Yes it is a good book, but I only increased my score by about 70 points with it. Then I got the tutorfox guide (http://www.tutorfox.com/satguide.html), and increased my score by 130 points.

  4. The best way to study for standardized exams, in my opinion, is do as many practice exams as possible. One after another. I would check how many practice exams the Princeton Review book has, and, if necessary, supplement with a book exclusively dedicated to practice tests.

  5. I don't know about the SAT book, but I have used the Princeton Review books for AP tests and I've found that they help me out a lot.
