Is ProScout just a scam?

I went to a proscout interview last night, and was invited to Philly for some two-day thing they're having where over 30 agencies will be there. Is this a scam/waste of money? Are those companies really there to like, help people or just get money?

how much are they charging you?

most things like this you find on the internet are definitely scams, including this one.  you don't need to pay hundreds of dollars to meet people, its not how most people can get anywhere.

Do you honestly think that you have to pay someone just to meet someone else?

An easier way and much more cheaper way to get an agent is mail poloroids/pictures (with no makeup on) to various agents.

Check there website for more info. about mailing submissions.

Each agency has different requirements about submitting pics.

Do tons of research.

Its half a scam, yes those companies will be there..

But they're scaming you by asking for money

It probably is not a scam do a little reasearch see if there are any good agencys. I have been invited to something like that and im going.
