Is Psychology considered a B.S. Major?

Is Psych a "bullsh!t" degree esp if you went to a uni that is ranked no. 1 or 2 nationally for Psych?

Like people said, you cannot do anything in psychology with that major...so that's why they say it's B.S.

However, it is a very useful major for advertising, social work, criminal justice, and law school.

You can't get a job with a Bachelors in Psychology in the field of Psychology.  All you can do with it is go to grad school.

Someone should have told you that going in.

An A.A. in computers is worth more.

But in the long ran a Bachelors in Psychology can still open many doors in fields other than in Psychology.

Yes psychology happens to be a bull sh*t major for colleges to get you take extra student loans.  

In order to do something with it you have to go to Grad school.  Other than that you are wasting your time.

No, it's one of the most popular majors in the country for a reason. "Hotel management" and "Travel, leisure studies" are BS majors.

Noo, it's not a bs major. Many different types of people go to a psychologist & not just the crazy.
