Do you need a US passport to travel to Puerto Rico? And 2nd, are ppl with Work Permits allowed to travel to Puerto Rico?

    Puerto Rico is a commonwealth and it is a unincorporated territory of the United States.

    The second question "Do you need a US passport to travel to Puerto Rico?"

    No, you actually need a photo Id (like a driver license")

    The third and finnaly :"are ppl with Work Permits allowed to travel to Puerto Rico?"

    I think that you actually need to request a permit since you are not a US citizen ( I am assuming that you are not a US citizen because of the fact that you stated that you or whoever you meant has a work permit) Therefore, call your local imigration office and ask for a better suited answer.
