  1. Pulp Fiction stemmed initially from Tarantino's desire to make a hard crime film a la the crime novels of the 1930's.  It ended up varying off that a a bit and becoming what is now sometimes referred to as Neo-Noir.  I think a more typical label attached to this type of film would be Crime-Drama.  However, Pulp Fiction really falls into the same sort of category as films like Memento.

  2. Sure it is - its full of action.  Its one of my top favorite movies of all time.

  3. I would call it more of a drama because there wasn't really much action in it. Any "action" it did have was very lightly sprinkled over several parts throughout the film.

    It was an okay movie.

I would rather have them edit out all the really boring scenes with the Bruce Willis character and do more with John Travolta's and Sam Jackson's characters. Those 2 really made the movie interesting for me, and thier dialog were funny.

  4. An action and long-winded movie

  5. yes it is. great movie also
