Is Quebec a better province for nightlife and pubs ?

I am 18 and from Toronto , I am fed up of this dull , boring city and its retarded age of 19 for things . I want to go to a place where 18 is a valuable number. Would you suggest I go ?

    I suggest you wait another few months until you turn 19 and remain close to your family & friends in Toronto that way - why not?
